The operating permits, also called „Commodo – Incommodo“ aims at
- ensuring integrated prevention and reduction of pollution from establishments,
- protecting the safety, health or comfort of the public, the neighbourhood or staff of establishments, the health and safety of workers at work and the human and natural environment,
- promoting sustainable development.
> Thanks to its perfect knowledge of the law Commodo - Incommodo as well as regulations and prescriptions connected with, INGETECH assists the Owner during the project partners in the conception of buildings and technical installations.
> INGETECH realizes administrative steps, and the possible follow-up studies (rational energy use, noise studies, …), in order to obtain commodo / incommodo permits.
> Before, during and after getting the license, INGETECH is the partner of the Owner for the optimal application of the law.
